Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days, starting on the day after you receive the goods. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 calendar days.

How to return merchandise:

1. Fill out the return pro forma form included in your package.
2. Send unworn items with original tags to the following address: CARCER - IKAO, lot n°142, 8 rue des Gardinoux, 93300 Aubervilliers, France.
3. Return shipping is at your expense, except in specific cases: product not as ordered, error in preparing the package, etc.

Return Conditions

1. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. They must not have been worn or washed and must be in a condition suitable for resale. Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by their tags, as well as any corresponding accessories or instruction manuals. No refunds or exchanges will be issued if returned items are incomplete, damaged, or soiled. div 04 Exchanges Please return the item(s) following the return procedure outlined above. Indicate on the return form the item(s) to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange, and the color and size of the new item requested.
2. The availability of the requested replacement item cannot be guaranteed.
3. Your replacement order will be shipped via GLS Transport. Shipping costs for the replacement order will be covered by Ikao Paris.
4. Once the exchange process is complete, you will receive an email notification.

Refunds

1. We will refund the original price paid for the returned item.
2. The total amount of the return will be credited to the buyer's original payment method.
3. The buyer's original bank card will be credited upon processing of the returned items. The credit will appear on the customer's next bank statement.
4. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of seller cancellations.
5. Once the refund process is complete, you will receive an email notification.
