The easiest and fastest way to request the deletion of your account is directly from your customer area:

  1. Log in to your account on our app or website.
  2. Go to your profile or account page.
  3. Click on the button or link labeled "Delete my account" .
  4. Follow the instructions to confirm your request.

This method allows us to securely verify your identity and start the process.

Alternative Method: By Email

If you are unable to access your account, you can also send us a request by email.

  2. Use the following mandatory subject line for your email: USER ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST
  3. In the body of the email, please be sure to include the email address associated with the account you wish to delete.

Deadlines and Confirmation

  • Regardless of the method chosen, our team will process your request within a maximum of 72 working hours .
  • Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email .
  • Deleting your account is irreversible and will anonymize your personal data.
