Shipping and Returns

We offer 48-hour shipping Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before noon are shipped the same day. Orders placed Friday afternoon and on weekends are shipped on Monday.

Returns

How to return merchandise:

You can make a return for exchange or refund within 14 days by doing the following:

1. Complete the Pro-forma return form included in your package

2. Send unworn products with original labels to the following address: CARCER - IKAO lot n142, 8 rue des gardinoux, 93300 AUBERVILLIERS

3. Shipping will be at your expense except in special cases (products not conforming to the order, errors during package preparation, etc.). For further information, please contact customer service.

Conditions relating to returns and exchanges:

1. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.

2. Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by the tags, as well as any corresponding accessories and user manual. No refund or exchange will be made if the returned items are incomplete, damaged or soiled.

Exchanges:

1. Please return the item(s) to us by following the return procedure as explained in the previous section.

2. Please indicate on the return form the item(s) to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange, as well as the color and size of the new item requested. Please then include the completed return form inside the package containing the returned item.

3. Availability of the requested replacement item cannot be guaranteed.

4. Your replacement order will be sent to you via GLS transport. The delivery costs for the replacement order will be borne by Ikao Paris.

5. Once the exchange procedure is finalized, you will receive an email notification.

Refunds:

1. We will refund you the original price paid for the returned item.

2. The total amount of returns will be credited to the buyer's original payment method. The buyer's original credit card will be credited when the returned items are processed and the credit will appear on the customer's next bank statement.

3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for cancellations by the seller.

4. Once the refund process is completed, you will receive an email notification.
