Shipping and Returns

 

We offer shipping within 72/96 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 
Orders placed before noon are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon and on weekends are shipped on Monday.

 

 

Returns

How to return merchandise:

You can return an item for exchange or refund within 14 days by following these steps:

1. Fill out the Pro-forma return slip found in your package

2. Send unworn products with original tags to the following address:  CARCER - IKAO lot n142, 8 rue des gardinoux, 93300 AUBERVILLIERS 

3. Shipping will be at your expense, except in special cases (products not conforming to the order, errors during package preparation, etc.). For more information, please contact customer service.

 

Return and exchange conditions:

1. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. Items must not have been worn, washed, and must be in a resalable condition.

2. Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by their tags, as well as any corresponding accessories and user manuals. No refund or exchange will be processed if returned items are incomplete, damaged, or soiled.

Exchanges:

1. Please return the item(s) following the return procedure, as explained in the previous section.

2. Please indicate on the return form the item(s) to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange, and the color and size of the new item requested. Then, please include the duly completed return form inside the package containing the returned item.

3. The availability of the requested replacement item cannot be guaranteed.

4. Your replacement order will be sent via GLS transport. The shipping costs for the replacement order will be borne by Ikao Paris.

5. Once the exchange procedure is finalized, you will receive an email notification.

Refunds:

1. We will refund you the original price paid for the returned item.

2. The total amount of returns will be credited according to the original payment method of the buyer. The buyer's original bank card will be credited at the time of processing returned items and the credit will appear on the customer's next bank statement.

3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, with the exception of seller cancellations.

4. Once the refund procedure is finalized, you will receive an email notification.
